From the mountains of Bali to the beaches of Adelaide.
After an immersive, month-long 200hr yoga teacher training in Bali, Grace returned to Adelaide to redefine what yoga means in the modern world. Graced Yoga brings dynamic yoga sessions to the parks, schools, venues and workplaces of Adelaide, blending movement and mindfulness with a strong belief that yoga is for everyone.
